description In the last two centuries of the social problem of women in contemporary society and its prominence is certain. Changes in attitudes to women, no doubt, introduction of any changes in the status of women in different societies. From this perspective, the transition state requires a change in attitudes towards gender equality and gender inequality, and parts of it are known. The present study is to determine the attitude to women in particular due to the changes caused by human development indices based organized. Data used to test the main hypothesis of the World Values Survey data set WVS, wave measurement is taken between 2005 and 2008. The survey was conducted in 2007 and 2667 are examples.Analysis of research has been done in the remaining 19 provinces. 4/35% of variance explained positive attitude to women in the provinces of Iran.And taking into consideration the southern and northern Khorasan Razavi Khorasan which data are integrated. Analysis of research has been done in the remaining 19 provinces.The results showed a significant correlation between the human development index (HDI) and its sub-capita income, life expectancy and education level with the attitude to women in different areas, the regression results indicate that human development index alone, more than 4/35% of variance explained positive attitude to women in the provinces of Iran.
