The research questions that arise through the analysis of the agri-food and tourism industry, concern the finding of the reasons that hinder the interconnection of agri-food and tourism through gastronomy as well as the advantages arising from the interconnection between them. A combination of qualitative and quantitative research has been chosen as a research methodology.
