| Summary: | This article reviews the impact on how to view their professional life project in a group of health students during confinement for COVID-19 and in the face of the new post-COVID-19 normal. We analyzed data from 1,879 young people, aged 18 to 24 years. For the information collection, a ques-tionnaire was built using the Google Forms tool and distributed through email and the WhatsApp platform. The multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that, living in an inadequate fa-mily environment, considering that COVID-19 is a risk to exercise their future profession or that it has been a mistake to study a career in this area, seem to be associated with the new way in which health students perceive their professional life project during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is important to implement measures that improve the physical and mental health conditions of future health professionals in the face of the new post-COVID-19 normal. |
