Description
Summary:In order to solve the problem of electrocorrosion of traction motor bearings of metro vehicles, the fault mechanism was analyzed, and the solutions were put forward and verified. Firstly, it was pointed out that high bearing voltage was the direct cause of electrocorrosion; secondly, based on the characteristics of metro traction system, the high frequency equivalent circuit of bearing electrocorrosion was established, and the formation of bearing voltage and some influencing factors were analyzed theoretically and experimentally; finally, according to the analysis results, the effectiveness of three bearing voltage suppression measures was verified. The results showed that changing EMI capacitance of traction system had no significant effect on restraining bearing voltage, but reducing the value of high frequency inductance of grounding circuit and installing grounding ring could restrain bearing voltage effectively. In addition, the possible risk of installing grounding ring was discussed, and the risk assessment method was provided.
