| description | The protracted Israel-Palestine conflict is complex and ongoing having historic precedence, sustained by complex geopolitical dynamics, and marked by persistent instability. This has complicated the conflict and finding a viable path to just resolution difficult. The game theory helps in making sense of the complex, though in piecemeal, yet as we fill the large mural of the conflict with limited Game Theory constructs, it does help in treading forward. The purpose of this paper is to lay down the field of play, identify players, discover different angles from which to approach the matter, and bring the reader closer to possible solutions. The paper concludes with the fact that the conflict is an ‘infinite game’ that neither of the players wants to resolve or end. |
