This paper introduces the definition of continuous nursing and the application advantages of Wechat platform in the transitional care of acute mastitis. The application status, effect and existing problems of continuous nursing measures based on Wechat group and Wechat public account in the nursing of patients with acute mastitis were mainly summarized. The purpose of this paper is to enhance the continuous nursing ability of nurses and improve the quality of clinical nursing practice.
