Summary:Aiming at improving the efficiency of modification and optimization for bogie frame part, a local parametric optimization method was proposed to optimize the structure of the supporting rib plate with transverse stops. The maximum von_Mises stress of the supporting rib plate with transverse stops was reduced from 445.019 MPa to 342.054 MPa in the original structural scheme, which met the requirements of the static strength evaluation standard of the frame. From the optimization results and the whole optimization process, it could be seen that the local parametric optimization method of bearing structure was effective and efficient, which provided a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of structural optimization.
