Hip pain and exophthalmos in a child: Which diagnosis?
Key Clinical Message This case is a reminder that bone pain in children can reflect a general pathology or a distant lesion. Thus, it is important to look for other associated signs, such as exophthalmos in our case which led us to the diagnosis of neuroblastoma metastasized to the bone.
