Summary: | Currently, there are certain contradictions arising between the need to adapt personnel, both professional and psychological, occurring in conditions of unusually increased competition in the labor market and the absence of a systematic approach to adaptation. They are conrmed by the need to correlate between the personnel policy enterprises, generally applicable standards and formalized approaches to personnel work with personnel, without which it is signicantly reduced social, nancial, professional eectiveness of adaptation and their general administrative and organizational eect; between administrative and management system and insuciently developed scientic organization of these processes. |
