Description
Summary:This study examines the role of Google Workspace in facilitating collaborative and participatory learning among higher education students. Using the TAM framework, this study analyzed four main dimensions: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, and Behavioral Intention to Use, involving 88 students as respondents. The results showed that the Perceived Ease of Use dimension had an average score of 4.43, Perceived Usefulness 4.54, Attitude Toward Using 4.37, and Behavioral Intention to Use 4.49. Students feel that Google Workspace is an easy-to-use platform that is handy for increasing productivity, and they have a positive attitude and strong intention to continue using it. Apps like Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Classroom have proven effective in supporting student collaboration and participation. These studies contribute to the development of digital learning strategies in higher education and prepare students to face challenges in the increasingly complex modern world of work.
