The prerequisites for the study were the results achieved by the author in the course of the study of the development of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship in Russia in the 17th-21st centuries, as well as in the study of the evolution of values and incentives in Russia in the same period. The theoretical basis of the research is the methodological and theoretical tools of the institutional economy (methodological institutionalism, evolutionary approach, the theory of transaction costs, etc.). |
