Summary:With the growth of energy consumption in cities and the reliability of power supply systems, more and more attention is paid. One of the indicators of the reliability of power supply to consumers is the average time of the post-emergency restoration of the line. When operating cable lines, it is important to have data on the flow of failures in cable lines and the average time of their recovery. And also take into account the seasonal changes in the flow of failures in urban cable lines and consider the influence of the flow of failures on the recovery time of the line.
