Description
Summary:The new phase of medical new-quality advanced technology represents a transformative stage in the development of modern medicine. In this phase, the traditional three elements of productive forces—laborers, labor materials and labor objects—are redefined as human-machine collaboration, algorithms+models, and digitization, respectively. Laborers engaged in human-machine collaboration face three layers of collaborative risks; the labor material, now characterized by algorithms and models, face the ethical dilemma of aligning algorithmic outputs with practical clinical value; the digitized labor object is at risk of eroding humanistic care. In response to these ethical challenges, this paper proposes governance pathways such as empowering delayed intelligent utility, building shared mental models, and enriching narrative data inputs. The aim is to guide the ethical and positive development of medical artificial intelligence.
