Description
Summary:Many cities are searching to diversify their energy mix with the production of renewables energies. We analyze the changes involved by this new issue to the practices adopted in three Parisians urban development projects. Henceforth, urban developers have to consider urban areas as potentially producers of energy instead of a place of energy consumption only. In each, the energy supply is arranged by a different stakeholder: building developers, urban developers or an energy distribution company. This study leads us to question the right scale to the definition and implementation of an energy strategy for the urban fabric as well as the best actor to coordinate this action.
