Summary:A case of a young female patient suffering from an anti-phospholipid syndrome whose evolution was accompanied by repeated episodes of jaundice and, who finally deceased due to a cerebrovascular ischemia is presented. Although the appearance of this syndrome is not frequent, it is very important to know its particularities as well as to take into account its possible presence in young patients with past history of abortions and hypercoagulabilty episodes.<strong><br /></strong>
