| Summary: | The article reveals the relevance of system-synergistic implementation in the formation of axiological competence of primary school students. On the basis of the analysis of the researched problem, it was established that enough scientific works have been devoted to the issue of the systemic-synergistic approach in the educational process, but there are no studies on the implementation of the systemic-synergistic approach in the educational process of primary school. The system approach is presented as a general methodology of system research, which follows directly from the principle of systemicity, which considers the object as a set of elements that are in a certain interaction between themselves and the surrounding world. The systematic approach is considered as the basis of organizing the process of formation of axiological competence of primary school students. The principles of synergy are presented. Outline the directions of practical implementation of synergistic principles in the context of the functioning of the primary education system according to the Concept of the New Ukrainian School. The chaos and nonlinearity of pedagogical laws, the peculiarities of their action in specific pedagogical situations, the ambiguity of their manifestation, the dependence of the regularities of the pedagogical process on external and internal conditions, the bifurcation nature of the educational process and cognitive activity – all these are manifestations of the well-known provisions of synergy. It is noted that the basis of the synergistic approach is the laws and regularities of self-organization and self-development of educational systems, which make it possible to approach the development of problems of values, value orientations, and the formation of axiological competence in a new way, considering them primarily from the position of openness, co-creation, and the orientation of the individual to self-development. |
