Description
Summary:This article aims to present the methodological framework of the “Change Laboratory” and the theoretical and methodological evolution that this methodology suggests within the framework of developmental ergonomics. The Change Laboratory (CL) is a generative methodology allowing collectives to learn how to qualitatively transform the activity systems in which they work. The generative dimension of CL is based on the theory of expansive learning and on the implementation of the principles of double stimulation and of ascending from the abstract to the concrete. The article shows and illustrates the differences with the reflexive methods usually mobilized in the francophone framework of activity analysis and its potential to allow the expansion of developmental ergonomics.
