| Summary: | The directing jobs of administrative quality and item advancement are the essential focal point of this review, which looks at the impacts of duty the board, promoting tech-nique, and after-deals administration on the monetary execution of car organizations in Indonesia. Effective management of various business components is necessary because the automotive industry faces distinct challenges like intense competition and shifting consumer expectations. The study employs a mixed-methods approach and combines quantitative analysis of financial performance metrics with qualitative insights from industry professionals. The results indicate that after-sales service and product innova-tion significantly enhance financial performance, both directly and indirectly, whereas tax management and marketing strategy have more constrained effects. Crucially, managerial quality and product innovation act as key moderators, strengthening the relationships among the studied variables. By providing a comprehensive framework, Multiple factors that influence financial performance in the automotive sector are in-cluded in this study, which adds to the existing body of research, offering valuable insights for decision-makers aiming to improve operational efficiency and competitive-ness. The findings highlight the importance of prioritizing after-sales service and prod-uct innovation to achieve sustainable financial success in the dynamic automotive land-scape.
