Summary:The hydro-mechanic differential turning system is a new double power flow turning system for tracked vehicle.Based on the system structure and working principle analysis,the mathematical model and Simulink model of hydro-mechanic differential turning system including engine,hydraulic close loop system,planet row,load and etc are established by means of dynamics principle and modular modeling method.Referencing the prototype,the dynamic response performance of hydro-mechanic differential turning system is simulated and tested.Contrasted with the experimental results,the model can efficiently describe the hydro-mechanic differential turning system performance.The system performance change rule of different operation parameters is simulated and analyzed.The theory basis of performance analysis and control research of hydro-mechanical differential turning system for tracked vehicle are provided.
