PARAMETERS OF MINIATURE HALL ELEMENT WITH MAGNETIC FLOW CONCENTRATORS AS QUADRIPOLE
The results of designing of highly sensitive sensors of quasi-static magnetic fields on the basis of miniature Hall elements with ferromagnetic flux concentrators are presented. The parameters of the sensor such as a quadripole are evaluated.
