Customer Centricity ensures alignment between corporate sustainability initiatives and stakeholder expectations, reinforcing market relevance. Corporate Social Responsibility drives ethical business practices, fosters stakeholder trust, and promotes innovation. These elements create a reinforcing cycle that enhances financial and non-financial performance across diverse industries. This research advances sustainability theory by presenting an integrated framework that links agility, customer engagement, and corporate responsibility. It bridges theoretical and practical perspectives, offering actionable insights for managers and policymakers. The study highlights strategies for aligning adaptability, customer engagement, and ethical business practices to achieve corporate sustainability in an evolving business environment. These findings significantly affect corporate strategy development, sustainability implementation, and stakeholder value creation.
