description High relevance of the issues of crisis human resources management requires the formation of appropriate scientific and methodological tools. In this regard, based on the analysis of human resources management practices of Russian organizations in the context of the crisis, a typology of human resources management strategies and policies is proposed that ensure the viability and post-crisis recovery of the organization, including strategies for personnel diversification, staffing, efficiency and staff consolidation. This typology is designed to build a system of preventive crisis human resources management and provides tools for implementing anti-crisis measures in accordance with the specifics of the crisis stages and their impact on employees.
