Summary:Servant leadership perceptions of employees directly or indirectlyaffect organizational identification levels. The purpose of this study is; therelationship between servant leadership and organizational identification isexamined in the tourism sector. In this context, an empirical study has beenconducted with 379 occupations in the accommodation enterprises in Konya witheasy sampling method from non-random sampling methods. The collected data wereanalyzed using SPSS Amos 21™ software. According to the research findings, servantleadership perception of the employees of the lodging enterprises has apositive and significant influence on organizational identification. It hasbeen understood that the empowerment, a sub-dimension of the servantleadership, has a positive and significant influence on the organizationalidentification; the authenticity, a sub-dimension of the servant leadership,has a positive and significant influence on organizational identification;humility, a sub-dimension of the servant leadership, has a positive andsignificant influence on the organizational identification; stewardship, asub-dimension of the servant leadership, has a positive and significantinfluence on organizational identification. Furthermore, it has also been foundthat the courage, a sub-dimension of the servant leadership, has a negative butsignificant effect on organizational identification
