Summary:Based on the special running rule consisted in rotor of non-gemel pump, with integrative expression function and regular curve and optimizing module provided by UGNX software, the real running rule consisted in rotor of non-gemel pump is reappeared, and automatically plotting the rule curves on monitor running and figuring out all extremum by optimizing module at same time are realized, it was all-parameterized and all-automatic and integrative that product design for series was changed into easiness correspondingly. Finally an example validated the correctness of all above-mentioned description.
