description The article discusses the changes in training programs for primary school teachers in the context of pedagogical education modernization and in accordance with the related requirements of the teacher’s professional standard. In order to strengthen the practical orientation of the training of future teachers of initial classes, the authors propose a model of network communication between the major systems included in the preparation process: the system of higher education and vocational post-secondary education. Analyzing the teacher’s professional standard we have allocated employment actions for each of the job functions (training, education, development) and the Delta on the level of higher education (undergraduate and graduate).
