description The local structuring of an unsold product recovery sector is triggered by the networking of actors around a territorial project to Nantes. By working with project leaders, the researchers have been working for 2 years on the analysis of cooperation and the mechanisms of this local food network. Through the monograph of the SoliFoodWaste project, we develop the issues raised by the fight against food waste. The complexity of this subject invites us to understand the interactions and cooperations between actors. Through qualitative analysis and mapping, we propose to this paper on the capacity of actors to transform society.
