| description | This paper summarized the nursing practice of a patient with gastrointestinal dysfunction during mechanical ventilation in ICU, and investigated the effect of acupoint massage combined with Chinese herbal medicine hot compress in treatment of dysfunction during mechanical ventilation. Based on the comprehensive clinical examination, Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques and care bundles were carried out. Meridians and acupoints were selected by using syndrome differentiation, and acupoint massage combined with Chinese herbal medicine hot compress was carried out to relieve the clinical symptoms of gastrointestinal dysfunction during mechanical ventilation. (本文总结了1例ICU机械通气胃肠功能障碍患者的护理经验。在完善各项临床检查的基础上, 通过辨证分型, 依据患者具体情况选取相应的经络和穴位, 实施穴位按摩联合中药热奄包中医特色护理技术, 并配合集束化护理干预措施, 有效缓解了ICU机械通气胃肠功能障碍患者的临床症状。) |
