Description
Summary:The aim of this study is to understand which parameters imply the biggest variations of domestic heating consumption. For this purpose, we first gathered real consumption data thanks to the gas meters of ten nearly similar houses in France on two consecutive days. We also gave to the inhabitants questionnaires about their behaviour and the specificities of their own house. Finally, we modelled the houses using a software called Pleiades+COMFIE, and simulated the heat consumption through different scenarios. The comparison of the results show that there is a big difference among the family heating consumption and that the temperature setpoint has a direct impact on the consumption, which is bigger than the one estimated by previous studies.
