Description
Summary:A number of activities of care aim at accompanying the sick to find their physical perceptions. Knowing one’s own perceptions constitutes a new learning. Among these specific activities, we focused on the meditation in full consciousness proposed to chronically ill patients. Considering the viewpoint of the subjects on their experience, we wondered what the live on the occasion of this activity of meditation. Thanks to interviews to the explicitation, we can describe a lived experience committing an acute perception of their body but also of their environment. We noticed that the presence of an expression in the third person marks a “re-lived” experience of previous events. With the meditative experience, these former perceptions are transformed by perceptions experimented during the meditative activity and the subject can act on their action and more particularly on their anticipation.
