Summary:This article, in the field of Sociology of Organizations and Ergonomic Psychology, highlights, following the results of a doctoral research based on the inductive method of the anchored theory (Glaser et Strauss, 2010), three profiles of teacher trainers in their relationship to the more equal prescriptions. It questions the standards in teacher education and the possible rhetorical value of a current prescription calling for greater equality or even integration/inclusion. It will refer to self-prescriptive time, between free choice and normative constraints for teacher educators in tertiary settings.
