Summary:In order to relieve the damage to the equipment and the attack to the electricity net, when the heavy-duty transport machine is starting suddenly, we initially designed the structure which is composed by the planetary gear and clutch installed which can turning the freedom from 2 to 1 step by step by controlling the increment of the fluid viscous force between clutch discs, so that the output axis will be loaded flexibly which the help of the tri-dimension flat-form UG, the digital prototyping of the flexible load-applying system is established, and with the help of the kinetic analysis module, the dynamic simulation and the finite element analysis of the soft starting system will be made, which can ensure the exact function of the physical prototyping.
