Photosensitivity is a major concern when prescribing typical antipsychotics, while atypical antipsychotics are thought to be less photosensitive. Case Report. We report a 27-year-old military personnel who developed a phototoxic drug reaction after using clozapine for schizophrenia. Conclusion.
