| description | Sclerosing polycystic adenosis is a rare pathological lesion that affects salivary glands. A review of the literature on its immunohistochemical profile is also provided. Sclerosing polycystic adenosis has a diverse histomorphology and should be differentiated from other more important pathologic lesions. |
