description The industrial sector has suffered changes over time until it came to the fourth phase, Industry 4.0. Despite developments in this area, some companies are failing to keep up, which makes them less competitive. Thus, the present work proposes a system that can support a Digital Twin of Stone Factory, a sector that has not been evolving technologically so gradually. Although the system was designed for this sector, it can be adapted for other industrial sectors. This system aims to help companies gain more control and awareness of their production lines. This is achieved through real-time data and historical logs, presented on a web platform. This data is retrieved from industrial machines equipped with servers that provide information from the OPC Unified Architecture (OPC UA) protocol, which is a protocol very used by industries. Moreover, the system was designed to respond to changes in factory machinery. To evaluate the solution usability tests were developed and executed with participants, with and without industry experience. In addition, the solution was validated in laboratory environment. The proposed system showed that it can be used by operators on the factory floor to monitor the machines in the production line at a distance and in real-time.
