Drawing on renewed approaches to ecologization from political sociology, this paper proposes to analyze an alternative mode of ecologization to contestation : the implementation of ecological innovations or eco-innovations. To operationalize this idea, the paper draws on two case studies in Canadian aquaculture. An analysis of the construction and promotion of two eco-innovations shows the trajectories of a discreet ecologization between science and industry. |
