description This article focuses on the Members of Parliament elected in 2011 to draft a new constitution for Tunisia. These resources paradoxically based on imprisonment or exile, provided the MPs with alternative legitimacy but also with a specific praxis within the parliament: work habits, group cohesiveness, and capacity to forge alliances.
