| Summary: | The issues of state property management have been considered in the study, key problems in the management of state and municipal property have been presented, measures to eliminate them have been announced. It has been revealed that the current management system is not effective and requires management decisions aimed at achieving state goals. It also has been specified that there is a weak control over the processes of managing state property and the distribution of income. Methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of using state and municipal property have been reviewed. The opinion that it is advisable to use the principle of a balanced scorecard has been expressed. The results of scientific research will be useful for further theoretical developments on issues of public administration theory as a whole. The applied significance of the research results is due to the prospects of their application in the process of developing state policy on managing state property. |
