Summary: | Angiofibroma is an uncommon, highly vascular benign lesion that occurs in the head and neck region, typically arising in the nasopharyngeal area, potentially with a locally aggressive course. Angiofibroma with a primary intraoral presentation is extremely rare; few case reports have been published in the literature, with only three cases of angiofibroma in the mandible published to date. In this case, a 37-year-old man presented with swelling at the right mandible and underwent enucleation of the lesion under general anesthesia. After 1-year follow-up, there were no signs of recurrence. |
