Summary: | Modern realities are such, that the selection of employees can not be carried out only on the basis of compliance of their professional competence to the needs of the employer, because the workflow implies close interaction with other employees. The features of team formation in terms of psychological approach, team building goals and tools to improve the efficiency of the team in accordance with the psychological approach have been investigated in the article. Difficulties in the use of psychological approach have been revealed. The variants of solutions, that contribute to the maintenance and development of a favorable psycho-emotional climate in the team have been offered. |
