| Summary: | Need of an integrated approach to the solution of tasks of import substitution and transition to new technological way is proved in article. Possibilities of use of natural monopolies of the Russian Federation as instrument of state regulation of economy in the course of the solution of a complex task of import substitution and modernization of economy are investigated. It is analyzed as special characteristics of natural monopolies allow to make them an effective remedy of indirect state regulation of economy at the solution of the major problems of the present stage of economic development of the Russian Federation. |
