Description
Summary:In this paper, we describe the study of one- and three-dimension pion and kaon source functions for chaotic and partially coherent sources in Pb-Pb central collisions at <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><msqrt><msub><mi>s</mi><mrow><mi>N</mi><mi>N</mi></mrow></msub></msqrt><mo>=</mo><mn>2.76</mn></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula> TeV using the AMPT model. The characteristic source function quantities are calculated and compared with the results obtained by fitting the two-boson correlation functions using the Gaussian source formula. It was found that the imaging results are approximately consistent with the results of the Gaussian source formula fits. The partially coherent pion sources exhibit a high degree of coherence. However, the kaon pairs with high transverse momenta are emitted with a high degree of chaos.
