The article is particularly relevant to the healthcare sector as it directly impacts these institutions' financial stability and transparency, which in turn affects the quality of healthcare services provided. A comprehensive analysis of the functioning of internal control over employee payments in medical institutions was conducted. Particular attention was given to the need for compliance with the current regulatory and legal framework, which is crucial to enhance transparency and efficiency in administrators' and recipients' use of budgetary funds.
