不同孵化方式对中国林蛙卵孵化率蝌蚪变态率的影响
本文采用5种孵化方式孵化中国林蛙卵与自然孵化方式对照。结果表明:以塑料大棚最佳,孵化率为97％,变态率85％,体重1.0g,体长52.3mm。大棚对提高水温,防御低温冷害和对蝌蚪生长发育均有良好作用。
