EnMS cycle and its key elements are pointed out, which are critical to successful implementation. Case study of successful implementation of EnMS at one of the biggest Russian steel works «MMK» is given. UNIDO methodology was applied, which gave an impressive saving of 1 177,7 mln roubles during the first year. |
