The most important findings of the study arethe agreement on the components of the proposed training program to developthe skills of creative thinking in solving problems in the university libraryspecialists in terms of:The overall objective of the program, its detailed objectives, the outputs ofthe program, the target groups of the program, the number of members of thegroup proposed in the program, the admission requirements of the program, theduration of the program, the training supervisors supervising its implementation.Program trainers, proposed training methods and methods, tools for evaluatingthe training program, in addition to the materials and hours of the trainingprogram in detail. |
