description We often hear that Tunisian contemporary art was born after the revolution. This event allegedly increased the number of artists and allowed the emergence of a new generation. The aim of this article is to objectify these transformations thanks to a series of fieldworks conducted between 2001 and 2015. The hypothesis is that the revolution does not constitute a Turning Point, but rather leads to expand the artist’s adherence to a regime of probability developed between 2003 and 2010.
