description The influence of temperature and dopant concentration on the magnetic properties of manganese-doped diluted magnetic semiconductor Cd1−xMnxSe was investigated theoretically using the equation of motion approach within the Green’s function formalism. A Heisenberg-type model Hamiltonian was developed and solved to derive theoretical expressions for magnon number, magnon heat capacity, magnetization, and Curie temperature as functions of temperature and dopant concentration (x = 0.05, x = 0.06, and x = 0.07). The results indicate that the magnon number and magnon heat capacity increase with temperature but are suppressed by higher dopant concentrations. Conversely, the system’s magnetization decreases with increasing temperature. In addition, increasing the dopant concentration was found to reduce both the magnetization and the ferromagnetic critical temperature. These findings provide insights into the interplay between temperature, dopant concentration, and magnetic properties in Cd1−xMnxSe.
