Description
Summary:The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of green organisational climate on green purchasing. Empirical data gathered from 278 hotels in Ghana, using the quantitative survey method were analysed using the structural equation technique, enabled by AMOS version 25. The findings suggest a significant positive effect of green organisational climate on green purchasing, with employee green behavioural intention, and corporate environmental communication respectively mediating and moderating the relationship. The fresh perspectives provided will hopefully extend understanding on the effects, processes and mechanisms by which green organisational climate influences corporate environmental initiatives, practices and outcomes.
