This study uses normative legal research method and relies on secondary data in the form of several legal materials. The analysis of this study uses qualitative method using statutory and conceptual approaches. This study concludes that there are still several weaknesses in the national disaster law system, especially in terms of practice and law enforcement. Therefore, women’s rights as disaster victims still do not receive maximum protection.
