A Rare Case of Central Pontine Myelinolysis in Overcorrection of Hyponatremia with Total Parenteral Nutrition in Pregnancy
A 42-year-old high risk pregnant female presented with hyponatremia from multiple causes and was treated with total parenteral nutrition.
